Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By placing an order or applying for credit with Benco Sales, Inc., you agree to the following terms:
1. Credit Terms
Approved payment terms are determined based on your credit application and ongoing payment history.
2. Late Payment
A 1.5% monthly late fee (18% APR) will be applied to past due invoices.
3. Card on File
A valid credit card must be kept on file. Benco reserves the right to charge overdue balances to the card on file.
4. Credit Privilege Withdrawal
We may withdraw credit if payments are late, information is found false, insolvency occurs, or financial risk increases.
5. Credit Verification
You authorize Benco Sales, Inc. to verify your financial standing as needed.
6. Payment Expectations
All invoices are payable in full. No deductions or delays are allowed unless authorized in writing.
7. Returned Check Fee
A $30 fee applies for returned checks.
8. ACH Payments
Confirmation is required before ACH payments are accepted and applied.
9. Packing & Handling
Packing slips provided upon request
Special packaging requests may incur extra charges
10. Shipping
All hazardous materials are shipped per DOT regulations
No overnight shipping available for hazardous products
A $95/skid processing fee applies to freight collect orders
Freight collect orders must include a valid carrier account number
11. Purchase Order Confirmation
Sales orders require written approval before processing.
12. Damage & Shortage Claims
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photos to office@bencosales.com or call 931-287-6219.
13. Limited Warranty
Pumps (parts 502, 525, 605, 615, and 658) include a 1-year limited warranty. Improper use voids warranty.
