Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

At Benco Sales, we’re committed to customer satisfaction while also complying with federal handling and safety regulations. Please review our policies below:

Cancellations and Returns

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all cancelled or returned items.

  • Equipment orders will incur a 10% equipment handling fee.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

  • Products over 6 months old are not eligible for return.

  • Orders returned due to non-delivery will be assessed additional fees.

Shipping & Freight Damage

Inspect all orders immediately upon delivery for concealed damage or shortages.

  • Report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Email photos and details to office@bencosales.com for resolution.

EPA Restrictions

Methylene Chloride-based strippers and solvents cannot be sold to individuals or unlicensed entities. Business verification may be required before orders are shipped.

Payment Fees

A 2% convenience fee applies to all non-standard payment methods.
